#reverb10

Things have been crazed at work in the past couple months and when I get home I tend to immediately slip into a vegetative state.  I have a blog post, half finished, that I just can’t manage to get done.  Apart from a short story that made me proud, I didn’t do any writing in the month of November.  I’ve been mulling the idea of doing some blog “shorts”–wee blurbs that are slightly less focused than my regular posts–and as if the universe wanted to cement that idea, my friend sent me this link yesterday:  http://www.reverb10.com/

Reverb 10 is an online initiative that’s about reflecting on the year that’s just past and kick starting the coming year.  A prompt is sent out daily and participants respond in anyway they please–a blog post, a tweet, a picture.  You can follow #reverb10 on Twitter, Delicious and Flickr to see what others are doing in response to the daily prompts.  Heck you can even join up and participate if you’re feeling led.

Since I’m supposed to be doing a #reverb10 post every day for the month of December I’m not going to send out an e-mail every time–I don’t want to inundate you.  But feel free to check back and see how things are going.  I’ll give these posts their own section to make them easy to find.
